Corporate Social Responsibility

At Orangefield we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) should be a synonym to being in business. We believe that consciously incorporating the concept of the three P's - People, Planet and Profit - contributes to the ambition to provide the best possible services to our clients. 
It means that CSR is implicitly woven into our corporate goals: "we always deliver true service and real value."

Environment

As an international corporate service provider, we look at ways to minimize and compensate for our environmental impact:  

Our head office uses 100% green electricity and we encourage the use of videoconferencing to reduce CO2-emissions from air travel. The 100% paperless office is still utopia, but by printing minimally and on 100% recycled paper, we do our part.

Social commitments

We bring more colour to our CSR policy by committing to the following initiatives:

  • Investing in a renewable energy project in India, resulting in climate neutrality for Orangefield
  • Contributions to local social development projects by Orangefield offices
  • Supporting the Orange Babies Foundation to help pregnant women with HIV and their babies in Africa.


Orangefield Foundation

In order to reserve a budget for charitable donations, we created the Orangefield Foundation. This foundation will provide funds to various small-sized social projects that deliver sustainable results.
