Orangefield to acquire USA2Europe and expand global presence to 45 countries

Orangefield Group is proud to announce it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire USA2Europe, a corporate service provider providing Global Outsourcing services to North American Technology companies. With this acquisition Orangefield grows its global presence, including USA2Europe’s representatives, with 24 additional countries – reaching a total of 45 countries where client support is offered.

On May 17th 2015, CBBC’s Chief Executive Stephen Phillips led a British delegation to the 9th Central China Investment and Trade Expo. Hosted in Wuhan, Hubei, the expo aims to promote the development of Central China and was co-organized by the central six provinces including Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hunan and Hubei. The host city, Wuhan, is identified in CBBC’s latest market report as a Tier 1.5 economic engine, forecasted to become China’s third largest city economy by 2025.
